All students have the potential to excel in Science and Math. With over 10 years of experience working with middle, high school and university level students, we have developed tools and models for helping students understand Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Math up to and beyond Calculus. Our specialized approach and workflow is designed to give students manageable sections of new material while regularly returning and reinforcing basic concepts. Although we are located in Ashland Oregon we serve the entire Rogue Valley including Medford, Phoenix, Talent and Central Point. Since we have multiple tutors, we can fit nearly any schedule and price range. Additionally, we understand that not every student learns from every tutor, our collection of tutors allows us to match the correct tutor to students. With backgrounds in Biochemistry & Molecular/Cellular Biology, our tutors have worked hard to achieve the highest levels of scientific understanding. Additionally we have tutors completing degrees in Math Education, ensuring we are employing the latest pedagogy (holistic science of education) in our approach. We also have tutors who have completed coursework in Anatomy & Physiology, Microbiology and Calculus based Physics. Many of our tutors continue to act as teaching assistants and mentors for General Biology, Organic and General Chemistry and Mathematics at Southern Oregon University and work with high school teachers throughout the Rogue Valley to develop interesting curriculum. Finally, our tutors receive additional training through ProLiteracy and the National Resource Service Center.

We handle a variety of academic coaching/tutoring needs both locally in Ashland, Medford, throughout the Rogue Valley and worldwide via computer/telephone. We work with students of all ages. Test prep -- ACT, AP, FE, GED, GRE, ISEE, LSAT, MSAT, POE, RICA, VCAT, MCAT, SAT, (including Subject Tests), STAR. Understanding "learning" -- We teach students "how" to learn, which helps in every aspect of their development. Helping students be their best -- We take on an advocacy / coaching role as opposed to straight tutoring. Learning for life is our goal. Speech Writing Personal Statements for undergraduate and graduate schools - We will help you write personal statements for medical school, law school, veterinary school, business school, pharmacy school and/or dental school.
